As long as you are not working with another agent and have a current pre-approval letter or proof of funds. If not, we will have to discuss proper steps to get started.
How much do you charge?
Because needs vary, compensation is discussed during the consultation call. For those who choose to move forward, a representation agreement must be signed before engaging in any real estate activities.
